Forecast: Less humid and warm, high fire danger again - NBC2 News

tetekrefil.blogspot.com

We are coming off a beautiful weekend, and if you liked the weekend weather, you are going to enjoy today. We are again starting off with low humidity, making your morning feel very comfortable! The less humid air will stick with us through the day, keeping our rain chances basically non-existent into the afternoon.

High temperatures will climb into the low 90s, with mainly sunny skies. The lower humidity is a double-edged sword however, because once again the dry air, lack of rain, and breezy conditions will create an increased risk for brush fires.

Even though the calendar says rainy season, the weather is not playing along. As our humidity gradually increases Wednesday into Friday, a few isolated showers are possible, but it’s not enough to saturate our dry ground, and not enough to put an end to our brush fire dangers.

Expect mainly sunny skies and nearly rain-free days every day this week and into the weekend. There are some indicators that our typical rainy season pattern will arrive by the end of the month, so keep up with NBC2 as we track our changing weather patterns.
