In his first year with Bruce Arians as quarterback of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tom Brady has helped to lead his squad to to their second-ever Super Bowl appearance.

Here, we’ll take a look at the Super Bowls that Tom Brady has previously won with the New England Patriots. Brady’s holds the record for most Super Bowl wins by any quarterback in NFL history.

Tom Brady’s 6 Super Bowl wins

Super Bowl XXXVI: Patriots vs. St. Louis Rams (20-17)

In this outing, Brady faced legends Kurt Warner and Marshall Faulk to walk away with a Lombardi despite the Patriots managing 160 fewer yards and 11 fewer first downs than their opponents. The Patriots won it with a last second 48-yard field goal by Adam Vinatieri. Brady finished the game with 145 passing yards, 1 TD and no INTs.

Super Bowl XXXVIII: Patriots vs. Carolina Panthers (32-29)

Another three-point victory and another game winning field goal attempt by Adam Vinatieri. I’m starting to sense a pattern. Tom Brady finished the game with 354 passing yards, 3 TDs and 1 INT. He also managed 12 rushing yards.

Super Bowl XXXIX: Patriots vs. Philadelphia Eagles (24-21)

Legendary head coaches Bill Belichick and Andy Reid went head to head in this Super Bowl matchup. Tom Brady finished the game with 236 passing yards, 2 TDs and no INTs. One of those touchdowns went to former linebacker Mike Vrabel, who is currently the head coach of the Tennessee Titans. Vrabel saw 11 targets in his 110 career stars with New England.

Super Bowl XLIX: Patriots vs. Seattle Seahawks (28-24)

You may remember this as the game Marshawn Lynch was robbed of a game winning touchdown at the goal line. The Patriots held a four point lead as Russell Wilson and the Seahawks executed 79 yard drive to the one-yard line. Wilson threw to Ricardo Lockette at the one-yard line, and it was intercepted by Malcolm Butler. Patriots win. Brady had himself a day with 328 passing yards, 4 TDs and 2 INTs.

Super Bowl LI: Patriots vs. Atlanta Falcons (34-28)

This Super Bowl still haunts Falcons fans across the globe, and it will continue to do so for many, many years. The Falcons sat comfortably at 21-3 heading into halftime and built it to 28-3 in the third quarter before allowing the Patriots a 19 point surge in the fourth quarter to send it into overtime. New England received the ball first in OT, and a two-yard rushing score by James White sealed a Patriots win. Tom Brady finished the game with 466 passing yards, 15 rushing yards, 2 TDs and an INT.

Super Bowl LIII: Patriots vs. Los Angeles Rams (13-3)

Tom Brady’s first and sixth Super Bowl wins both came against the Rams — this time, it was the Los Angeles Rams. Neither Brady nor opposing QB Jared Goff threw a touchdown in this game, which could be renamed the 2018 Kick Fest.

Sony Michel rushed for a two yard touchdown, which was the only one of the day, and Julian Edelman walked away as the Super Bowl MVP after a 140 receiving yard performance. Prior the 2019 Super Bowl, the last wideout to win Super Bowl MVP was Santonio Holmes in 2009 with the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Tom Brady finished the game with 262 passing yards, no touchdowns and 1 INT.
