A teenager who has been missing from Medford since last week is believed to be traveling north on Interstate 5, and authorities say the child may be in danger.
Lydia Jazmin, 16, is a foster child in Medford who was reported missing Nov. 11. The Oregon Department of Human Services said Lydia may be traveling toward Albany, but it did not specify whether Lydia is believed to be alone or with someone else.
Lydia is 4-foot-10, 200 pounds, and has brown hair and eyes.
Anyone who sees Lydia or has information about their whereabouts should call local law enforcement or 911, Human Services said.
To report child abuse, call the Oregon Child Abuse Hotline at 1-855-503-SAFE (7233).
