BOARDMAN, Ore. — A pregnant foster child has gone missing from the northeastern Oregon town of Boardman, according to the Oregon Department of Human Services.

The agency is asking the public for help in finding 16-year-old Mya Miranda. She is believed to be in danger, and is about 25 weeks pregnant.

Miranda is described as standing five-foot one-inches tall, 140 pounds, with blue-green eyes, long blonde hair with dark roots, and a tattoo on her left hand.

Miranda could be headed to Milton-Freewater in Oregon, Walla Walla in Washington, or to California, DHS said. Anyone who suspects they have information about Mya Miranda’s location should call 911 or local law enforcement. Reference Morrow County Sheriff’s Office case #20-0265, or National Center for Missing and Exploited Children #1404312.
