“If they choose to go with EB, it’ll take about two business days to process their EB claim once they actually say yes, I really want my EB to be run and processed,” said DLIR Director, Anne Perreira-Eustaquio. “Those who say that they want to wait for the PEUC extension so the additional 11 weeks on top of their 13 weeks, they’ll have to wait for that extension that is not yet ready to launch.”
