MOORHEAD-- Moorhead police officers briefly blocked off a portion of a road as they appeared to be conducting an investigation at a residential building in the early morning of Monday, Feb. 1.

The southbound lanes of 20th St S. appeared to be blocked from Belsly Blvd. to 34th Ave S. from 12a.m. to shortly after 1:30 a.m., when the road was reopened.

Officers are continuing to investigate at the building.

It appears to either be apartment units or townhomes.

One police car leaving the area did have a person in the back seat.

Police also had a car towed that was parked along 34th Ave S.

This is a developing story.
