FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Fort Wayne's NBC) - Police need your help locating a Fort Wayne man after he went missing Wednesday evening.
The Fort Wayne Police Department is investigating the disappearance of 53-year-old Donald Fischer.
He is a white male, 6'1, 150 pounds, and has black hair with brown eyes.
Police say he was last seen Wednesday around 6 p.m. wearing a blue zippered sweatshirt, white shirt, gray sweatpants, and white shoes.
Fischer is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
